Redbook Assist is a web application that runs entirely in your browser. No software installation is required.

Recommended setup
- Screen resolution of 1280x720 or higher (1920x1080 recommended)
- Stable internet connection (required for property data fetching and PDF generation)
- JavaScript enabled (required)
Mobile access
Redbook Assist is responsive and works on tablets and smartphones. However, for the best experience when creating valuations and reviewing reports, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer with a screen width of at least 1024px.
Data usage
Property data fetching makes API calls to six external services. Each property fetch typically transfers 50-200 KB of data. PDF report generation is handled server-side — only the final PDF file is downloaded to your device.
Offline access
Redbook Assist requires an internet connection. All data is stored securely in the cloud and synced in real time. If you lose connectivity, you can continue viewing cached pages but cannot save changes or generate reports until the connection is restored.
