Removing Team Members
How to remove a member
- Go to Settings > Team
- Find the team member you want to remove
- Click the menu icon next to their name
- Select Remove from practice
- Confirm the removal
What happens to their data
When a team member is removed:
- Their user account is disassociated from your practice
- All properties, valuations, and comparables they created remain in your practice — no data is lost
- Audit trail records continue to show their name as the creator/modifier
- They can no longer log in and access your practice data
Billing impact
Removing a member frees up a seat on your subscription. If you are on the Starter plan with 3 seats and remove a member, you now have a spare seat available for a new invitation.
Re-adding a removed member
If you need to re-add someone, send them a new invitation. They will need to accept it, but their original account (if they still have one) can be linked to your practice again.
