Removing Team Members

How to remove a member

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Find the team member you want to remove
  3. Click the menu icon next to their name
  4. Select Remove from practice
  5. Confirm the removal

What happens to their data

When a team member is removed:

  • Their user account is disassociated from your practice
  • All properties, valuations, and comparables they created remain in your practice — no data is lost
  • Audit trail records continue to show their name as the creator/modifier
  • They can no longer log in and access your practice data

Billing impact

Removing a member frees up a seat on your subscription. If you are on the Starter plan with 3 seats and remove a member, you now have a spare seat available for a new invitation.

Re-adding a removed member

If you need to re-add someone, send them a new invitation. They will need to accept it, but their original account (if they still have one) can be linked to your practice again.
