Managing Your Subscription
All billing management is available from Settings > Billing. Only the practice Owner can access billing settings.
Updating payment details
Click Update Payment Method to change your card details. This opens a secure Stripe-hosted form. Your new card will be used for all future charges.
Adding or removing seats
To add seats, click Add Seat on the Billing page. The additional seat is available immediately and your next invoice reflects the prorated cost.
To remove seats, reduce the seat count. You cannot reduce below the number of active users — remove team members first if needed.
Viewing invoices
Your invoice history is available on the Billing page. Each invoice shows:
- Billing period
- Number of seats
- Base subscription amount
- Any overage charges
- Total amount
- Payment status
Cancelling your subscription
To cancel, click Cancel Subscription on the Billing page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that:
- Your account enters read-only mode
- All data is preserved for 90 days
- You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access
- After 90 days, we may contact you before permanently deleting practice data
