Inviting Team Members

Redbook Assist is designed for teams. Each practice can have multiple users with different roles.

Sending an invitation

  1. Navigate to Settings > Team in the sidebar
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the person's email address and select their role
  4. Click Send Invitation
The invitee receives an email with a link to create their account. The invitation expires after 7 days. You can resend it from the Team settings page if needed.

What the invitee sees

The invitation email explains that they have been invited to join your practice on Redbook Assist. They click the link, create a password, and are immediately added to your practice with the assigned role.

Invitation limits

The number of team members is determined by your subscription plan. Each seat on your plan allows one active user. If you need more seats, you can add them from the Billing page.

Pending invitations

You can view all pending invitations in Settings > Team. From there you can:

  • Resend an invitation
  • Cancel a pending invitation
  • See when the invitation was sent
