Plans and Pricing
Redbook Assist uses a simple per-seat pricing model with two plans.

How seat pricing works
You pay for the number of active users (seats) in your practice. Each seat includes a monthly valuation allowance. If you have 3 seats on the Starter plan, your practice can complete up to 30 valuations per month (10 per seat).
Overage pricing
If your practice exceeds the monthly valuation allowance, additional valuations are charged at £5 each. Overage is calculated and billed automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Only completed valuations count — drafts do not.
Annual billing
Both plans are billed monthly. Annual billing with a discount is coming soon. Contact us at hello@redbookassist.uk if you would like to discuss annual terms.
Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect immediately:
- Upgrade — You get access to the higher plan features straight away. Your next invoice is prorated.
- Downgrade — Takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep the higher plan until then.
