Usage data is collected automatically, including pages visited, features used, and technical information about your device and browser.

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the Redbook Assist service
• Process valuations and generate reports
• Manage your account and subscription billing
• Send service-related communications
• Improve our product and user experience
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on servers located in the United Kingdom (eu-west-2 region). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Valuation data and audit trails are retained for a minimum of 6 years in accordance with RICS requirements.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how the service is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

5. Third Parties

We share data with third parties only as necessary to provide the service: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data hosting, and government data sources (Land Registry, EPC Register, VOA) for property data retrieval. We do not sell your personal data.
